Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced BDM to contribute to generating interest and sales for LinkU. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and in person, and for maintaining good customer relationships. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
You must be an excellent communicator, with superior people skills and be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with any doubts.
BDM Professional needed for January start

Schedule: Monday – Friday,
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to inform them about LinkU
- Engage businesses in dialogue that opens opportunities for LinkU
- Drive interest through Social Posts
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of potential customers
- Help businesses onboard
- Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter them into the CRM software
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
- Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
Requirements
- Two years experience in a sales-related role, preferably as a BDM
- Ability to engage freely in conversation
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
- Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address doubts
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- A personable and friendly tone of voice
- Fluent in the English language
